Diamonite® Mortar & Pestle Set
This extremely high density set is made of finely powdered synthetic sapphire and is capable of grinding materials not achieved through the use of ceramic or metal mortars. The surface is smooth yet not glossy or pitless. Inert to most corrosive chemicals. Specific gravity: 3.6.
Hardness: approximately 9 on Mohs scale.
